Nick Venute is a 2002 graduate from Chicago-Kent School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, and has been licensed in Illinois since 2002, and Missouri since 2003. Nick opened his firm in Springfield,Missouri in 2005, and has been representing injured people ever since. Nick also works closely supporting children in foster care and within the Juvenile Court system. Nick is also very involved in dog and cat rescue in Southwest Missouri, and he and his wife, Audrey, moved to a farm with their own herd of rescue dogs and cats.

Tonya and Nick have been together for over 15 years, protecting the rights of injured people. Tonya has over 20 years experience as a paralegal in worker's compensation and personal injury cases.

Nicole Anderson

Nicole has been with the firm for over 5 years and worked with Nick for over 10 years within the Juvenile Court System. Nicole is both paralegal and office manager, focusing on our mediation practice, Court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem cases, Family Law and Juvenile Court appointments.
